* * MASAKAN DARI HASIL LAUT * *
SATE KERANG PEDAS

B a h a n :

500 gr kerang ( ukuran sedang ) tanpa kulit
4 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
8 cabe merah, buang isinya
2 sdm kecap manis
1 ruas jari lengkuas, memarkan
3 lembar daun salam
2 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis
1/3 sdt asam
1 gelas air
1/2 sdt gula pasir
garam secukupnya

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus kerang hingga matang, angkat dan tiriskan
2. Haluskan bumbu: bawang merah, bawang putih
dan cabe merah.
3. Tumis bumbu dengan minyak goreng, masukkan
kecap manis, lengkuas, daun salam, asam, gula
pasir dan garam. Tuangi air dan didihkan.
4. Masukkan kerang rebus, didihkan lagi sambil di
aduk-aduk sampai bumbu agak mengering.
5. Siapkan tusuk sate, tusuk kerang berbumbu.
Sisihkan.
6. Bakar sate kerang, sambil sesekali diolesi dengan
sisa bumbu, hingga matang.
